R&D team consists of two university professors and three chemists and two engineers
in machinery, runs from drawing review, compounds formulation, in-house tool
designing, quality control, finishes and performances test.
Material processed: NR, SBR, CR, NBR, NBR+PVC, IR, IIR (BUTYL), CIIR, EPDM, PU (Urethane),
BR (Butadiene Rubber), silicone, fluoro silicone, silicone with FDA grade,
Viton (FKM), HNBR, (Thermoplastic Rubber), Sponge rubber, ABS, polyester.
Compression, transfer and injection molding, Specialized in Rubber Bonded and Sponge
Rubber customize products with professional technical supports and inspections.
